One of June's highlights was a trip to the sunny South to visit Yeovil Hospital, run by Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, with a delivery of M9 Trauma trolleys.

Yeovil Hospital cares for approximately 185,000 people across south Somerset, North and West Dorset and parts of Mendip. Each year, more than 40,000 people attend the Accident and Emergency department, resulting in around 20,000 emergency admissions. In such a busy part of the hospital, patient safety is paramount, and reducing patient falls is a top priority for all.

We were delighted to be back in Hull in May to deliver a fleet of best-selling M9 Trauma trolleys into the Emergency Department at Hull Royal Infirmary (Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust).

Working closely with Territory Manager Darren Corbett, the team in ED led by Senior Matron Helen Ingleson were keen to bring the M9 Trauma on board after a successful trial period and following other instalments of Howard Wright trolleys into the Trust over the past 12 months, including AMU, Theatres, and Women and Children’s Theatres.

We were very excited to see our M9 Trauma trolleys being installed at Spoedpost Amsterdam-Noord, the new Emergency Department that has opened at BovenIJ in Amsterdam in earlier this year. Delivered by our fabulous partner in The Netherlands RevaMed B.V., we think it's safe to say the team at BovenIJ were please with their new trolleys!

We are delighted to have recently welcomed Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust to the Howard Wright family as they accepted delivery of a brand new fleet of M9 Trauma trolleys into the Emergency Department.

Working closely with Operations Manager Allie Casey, Howard Wright UK Regional Sales Manager Callum Heanan conducted a demonstration in ED followed by a trial, during which the M9 Trauma successfully won staff over with its low height, electric profiling, and easy manoeuvrability.
