New Beds in Bedfordshire

2023 is already flying by, and our Territory Managers have been busy with trials, deliveries, and training all over the country. RSM Callum Heanan revisited Bedford Hospital in January with a delivery of M9 Trauma for the Emergency Department, who took advantage of the increased savings currently available when purchasing via the NHS Supply Chain Commitment Deal.

Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are working to reduce the incidence of four harms that can occur in hospital, including pressure ulcers and falls. As part of this Trust-wide initiative the team in SDEC previously chose the M9 Trauma due to its class-leading low height. The team in ED have now followed suit, working to further improve patient safety within the Trust.

Acute care staff at Bedford Hospital have become strong advocates of the M9 series, and we are delighted to also be working with their sister site Luton and Dunstable University Hospital. More on this soon…

We would like to thank Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for their continued support.
